Eligibility

Open to legal residents of United States Of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, associates, immediate family members, or anyone residing in the same household as a Red Rose Surgical employee are not eligible.

Participants must be medically cleared candidates for elective surgery. Final determination of surgical eligibility is at the sole discretion of the Red Rose Surgical medical team.

Prize Description

One (1) Winner will receive a $5,000 (USD) credit applicable toward the cost of any single surgical procedure performed by Red Rose Surgical, excluding breast augmentation.

The credit covers surgical fees only. It does not include preoperative testing, postoperative prescriptions, specialized garments, or treatment of potential complications.

If the total cost of the selected procedure exceeds $5,000, the winner is responsible for the remaining balance.

The credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

Entry Period & Winner Selection

The Promotion begins on StartDate/TimeStart Date/TimeStartDate/Time and ends on EndDate/TimeEnd Date/TimeEndDate/Time (the “Entry Period”).

The Winner will be randomly selected within XXX business days after the Entry Period closes.

The potential Winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry (email or social media direct message). If no response is received within 48 hours, another entrant may be selected.

Winner Requirements

1: The Winner must undergo a consultation with Red Rose Surgical to confirm they are a suitable candidate for the selected procedure.

2: The Winner agrees to sign any necessary consent and release forms.

3: Surgery must be scheduled within six (6) months of the Winner announcement, unless otherwise agreed upon by Red Rose Surgical.

4: Valid government-issued photo identification and proof of eligibility may be required before scheduling.

Medical Disclaimers

All surgeries carry inherent risks. Participation in this giveaway implies understanding of potential complications and the need for proper preoperative clearance.

The awarding of the Prize is contingent upon the Winner being medically fit for elective surgery as determined solely by Red Rose Surgical’s medical professionals.

Red Rose Surgical reserves the right to deny or postpone surgery if the Winner’s health status changes or contraindications arise.

General Conditions

No Purchase Necessary: Making a purchase does not increase the odds of winning.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these Terms & Conditions.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures, lost entries, or third-party interference.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

Liability Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Red Rose Surgical, its employees, and representatives from any claim or liability arising out of participation in this Promotion or acceptance/use of the Prize.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, the Winner may be asked to participate in promotional activities, including interviews or photo sessions, and grants permission for Red Rose Surgical to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes.

Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Jurisdiction.
