Your choices come first
When you first visit this site, a cookie banner asks how you would like us to use cookies. Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary loads until you make a choice. You can accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or open Customize to decide category by category. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off by default until you turn them on.
The three categories
- Essential and functional (always on). Required for the site to work and to operate the features you ask for; these cannot be turned off. This includes the small cookie that remembers your consent choice itself, the third-party booking widget from GoHighLevel that powers our online scheduler, and the GoHighLevel chat widget you can use to message us. These functional tools are first-party contact features, so they load after you make a cookie choice on the banner (whether you accept or reject), never before.
- Analytics (off by default). Helps us understand, in aggregate, which pages and procedures visitors find useful so we can improve the site. We use Google Analytics 4, which loads only after you turn on the Analytics category.
- Marketing (off by default). Used to measure and improve advertising so we reach people searching for cosmetic surgery. We use the Meta Pixel, which loads only after you turn on the Marketing category.
Services we use
- Google Analytics 4 (analytics). Google’s aggregate site-analytics tool. Its script is added to the page only after you grant the Analytics category.
- Meta Pixel (marketing). Meta’s advertising-measurement pixel. Its script is added to the page only after you grant the Marketing category.
- GoHighLevel chat widget (functional). A first-party widget for messaging our team. It loads after you make a cookie choice on the banner.
- GoHighLevel booking widget (functional). The embedded scheduler on our booking page that powers your consultation request.
Consent Mode
Before any tag can run, this site signals that analytics and advertising storage are denied by default (Google Consent Mode v2). Those signals only change to granted after you opt in, and the underlying scripts are not added to the page until then.
Changing your choice
You can update or withdraw your consent at any time. Select Cookie Settings in the footer at the bottom of any page to reopen the banner and change your categories. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
How long your choice is kept
Your consent choice is stored on your device in your browser and in a first-party cookie named rrs_cookie_consent, which lasts about six months. After that, or if our categories change, the banner appears again so you can confirm your preferences. Clearing your browser data removes it sooner.
Third-party features
If you open a third-party map, financing service, social network, or embedded form, that provider may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
