Mommy Makeover
Your Comeback Story Starts Here
A customized combination of procedures to restore your pre-pregnancy body in one transformative session.
Overview
What Is a Mommy Makeover?
A Mommy Makeover is Red Rose's most popular combination procedure, typically pairing a tummy tuck with breast surgery (augmentation, lift, or both) and liposuction in a single surgical session. This all-in-one approach means one anesthesia event, one recovery period, and one stunning transformation. We recommend waiting 6-12 months after your last pregnancy or after you've finished breastfeeding before scheduling. Every procedure is tailored to your unique body and goals.

Pre-Op Prep
Comprehensive labs, medical clearance, garment fitting, and a detailed surgical plan review.
Surgery Day

Recovery & Results
Plan for 7-10 days of rest. Compression garments worn 6-8 weeks. Full results emerge over 3-6 months.
Recovery
Recovery & Aftercare
Because a Mommy Makeover combines multiple procedures, recovery is more involved than a single procedure. Plan for at least 7-10 days of rest with help at home (especially if you have young children). You'll wear compression garments for 6-8 weeks. Most patients return to light activities at 2-3 weeks and full exercise at 6-8 weeks. The combined recovery means you heal from everything at once, saving you months compared to staging procedures separately.
Do's
- Arrange help at home for the first 1-2 weeks
- Wear all compression garments as directed
- Sleep in a reclined position with pillows
- Walk gently starting day 1
- Take medications on schedule
- Attend all follow-up appointments
Don'ts
- Lift children or anything over 10 lbs for 6 weeks
- Sleep on your stomach if you had breast surgery
- Smoke or use nicotine products
- Rush back to intense exercise
- Skip wearing your compression garment
