Red Rose Cosmetic and Surgical Arts ("Red Rose", "we", "us", or "our") operates redrosesurgical.com (the "Site") and provides cosmetic surgery, anesthesia, and aesthetic services from our office at 18260 NE 19th Ave, Ste 104, North Miami Beach, FL 33162. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
When you use the Site, we may collect:
- Contact information you provide voluntarily through our consultation request form: your name, email address, phone number, the procedure or procedures you are interested in, whether you are local or traveling, how you heard about us, and any free-text message you include.
- Booking information you enter into our third-party scheduling widget on the booking page, which is operated by GoHighLevel.
- Usage data such as browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed, collected only in aggregate and only if you consent to analytics cookies (see Section 5).
When you submit the consultation form, your information is sent through our marketing technology partner, Revive Agency (Revive OS), and stored in our customer relationship management system, GoHighLevel, so our team can respond and schedule your consultation. These providers process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do not request or collect Protected Health Information (PHI) through the Site. Please do not include medical history, current medications, symptoms, diagnoses, insurance IDs, or any sensitive health information in web forms, email, or text messages. Clinical information is collected only during your in-person or virtual consultation under HIPAA-compliant procedures.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to consultation requests and schedule appointments.
- To send you information you request about procedures, pricing, or financing.
- To improve the Site and our services.
- To comply with applicable laws and prevent fraud or misuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the Site (e.g. form processing, email delivery), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform that service. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
4. HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices
Once you become a patient, the handling of your Protected Health Information is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to you in the office and explains your rights regarding medical records. This Privacy Policy covers only information collected through the Site.
5. Cookies and Analytics
On your first visit, a cookie banner asks how you would like us to use cookies. We group them into three categories: Essential (always on, needed to run the Site, including the cookie that remembers your choice and the GoHighLevel booking widget), Analytics, and Marketing. Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default and load only after you opt in. Before any tag can run, the Site signals that analytics and advertising storage are denied by default using Google Consent Mode v2. The Site is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have received information from a minor, contact us so we can delete it.

- You may ask what information we have about you and request that we correct or delete it.
- You may opt out of future marketing communications at any time.
