Stephanie is the creative visionary behind Red Rose Cosmetic and Surgical Arts. A board-certified nurse anesthetist and master injector, she combines an artist's eye with a clinician's precision to craft subtle, natural-looking results that refresh, never overdo, each patient's features.
Her injector specialty spans the full range of neurotoxins and fillers: Botox, Jeuveau, and Daxxify for dynamic wrinkles; Sculptra, Restylane, and RHA for volume restoration and facial balancing. She personally performs every injectable treatment at Red Rose. No rotating providers, no rushed appointments.
Stephanie co-founded Red Rose with her husband Kyle after years of practicing anesthesia at clinics across South Florida. They saw the same problem everywhere: patients being pushed through assembly-line practices. Red Rose was built to be the opposite: a boutique surgical center where your CRNA is also one of the owners, someone with a direct, personal stake in your safety and outcome.
